MaPrimeRénov 2026 : une aide revalorisée pour accélérer la rénovation énergétique
En 2026, MaPrimeRénov demeure le dispositif central du financement des travaux de rénovation énergétique en France. - Rénovation globale réalisée par un RGE (Reconnu Garant de l’Environnement)
Une prime bonus est versée pour les « bouquets de travaux », notamment lorsque plusieurs actions sont réalisées simultanément, ce qui améliore significativement l’efficacité énergétique du logement. En 2026, cette surprime peut représenter jusqu’à 3 000 € supplémentaires.

Obtenir un devis détaillé
Faites appel à un artisan RGE qui réalisera un devis précis des travaux éligibles. Ce document est obligatoire pour toute demande de subvention et doit inclure la nature des travaux, les coûts HT et les équipements prévus.

Déposer sa demande en ligne
Créez un compte sur maprimerenov.gouv.fr, téléversez les pièces justificatives (pièce d’identité, devis, justificatif de propriété) et validez votre dossier avant le début des travaux.

Faire réaliser les travaux
Une fois l’engagement de financement reçu, vous pouvez lancer les travaux. Veillez à conserver tous les justificatifs de paiement et les attestations de réalisation signées par l’artisan.

Clôturer le dossier
Après réception de la facture finale, transmettez-la via votre espace personnel. L’Anah procède au paiement de la prime dans un délai moyen de 3 à 6 semaines.
